This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of Rentiful’s Terms of Service and governs how Rentiful processes personal data on behalf of property managers, landlords, agents, and renters.

This DPA is designed to help customers meet compliance requirements under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the GDPR (where applicable).

1. Roles

• You (the property manager/landlord) act as the Data Controller.
• Rentiful acts as your Data Processor.

2. Processing Activities

Rentiful processes data solely to provide:

• Property listing management
• Tenant applications
• Contracts and digital signatures
• Rent payments and wallet transactions
• Identity and property verification

3. Security Measures

Rentiful implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure data storage.

4. Sub-processors

We may use vetted service providers including:

• Payment processors (Paystack)
• Email & communications
• Cloud infrastructure

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
